Mount Sinai Health System and Anthem Reach Contract Agreement

• Anthem Blue Cross has reached a new three-year agreement through 2028 with Mount Sinai Health System that returns its hospitals, physicians and other care providers to Anthem’s network. 
• Any claims submitted during the contract dispute will be reprocessed automatically as in-network (standard deductibles and copays apply).

The 1095-B forms for the 2025 calendar year will be available in Benefits Manager to download by Monday, March 2, 2026. 

What’s Changing

Anthem will now be SAG-AFTRA Health Plan’s behavioral health provider network 

On December 2, 2024, we mailed notification letters to certain SAG-AFTRA Health Plan (the Plan) participants (participants) whose information may have been involved in a data incident. On March 14, 2025, following additional review, we notified certain participants including some spouses and dependents who may have also been involved in this incident.

Memorial Sloan Kettering and Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield reached an agreement. Memorial Sloan Kettering will remain in the Anthem network. Please visit https://www.anthem.com/msk/ for more information.

Anthem and University of California Health System (UC Health) have agreed to tentative contract terms and are extending the current contract to April 20, 2024 in order to finalize a new contract.
