It is important that you consider your username and password to be crucial pieces of information that should not be shared with anyone else, including your family. You should follow these suggestions to create difficult and hard to guess passwords:
Do create complex passwords. Your Password must have at least eight
characters in length and it must contain at least one non-alphabetic
character. The non-alphabetic character may be either a number or a
special character such as "&$@?~!". The password is case sensitive.

Do change your password on a regular basis. It is recommended that passwords should be changed every 60 days.

Do not use names and dates of births of your family members as passwords. Examples of such bad passwords:

Do not create passwords that contain your username or your E-mail address as part of it.
Do not E-mail your password to anyone.
Do not create usernames that have just your name. They should contain one or more numbers.
Do not create usernames that are the same as your E-mail address.
