LEAVING THE INDUSTRY

Whatever the reason may be for your leaving the acting industry, you should find out about of the effect this will have on your benefit plans. First, it is necessary that you keep your information, such as your address, current with the Plans. You should also be aware of how vesting works. Your health coverage will be discontinued when you no longer have sufficient earnings to maintain Earned Eligibility. At this point, Self Pay options would apply. See the "Benefits Issues" box below to direct you to further information on these and other Plan features.

Benefits Issues

Health Plan:

  • Once you no longer have sufficient earnings to maintain Earned Eligibility, you can elect to self-pay on a monthly basis to stay covered. Click here for more information on Self-Pay Coverage Program
