FOR EMPLOYERS:
In light of the bankruptcy petitions filed by Axium Entertainment, Inc. and related Affiliates (“Axium”), the Screen Actors Guild – Producers Pension and Health Plans (the “Plans”) are ready to work with any employer who may be affected by these developments. In order to ensure that all appropriate contributions have been and will continue to be paid, you may contact us to request a report listing the compensation and related contributions known to have been paid to the Plans by Axium on your behalf. Your review of this report will assist you in determining if all of your reporting obligations have indeed been handled appropriately, or if additional contributions are due from your company.
We understand that this is a unique situation, and we will provide whatever assistance we can, however, signatory employers are responsible for all contributions due to these Plans, pursuant to the Screen Actors Guild Collective Bargaining Agreements and the Screen Actors Guild – Producers Pension and Health Plans Trust Agreements.
To request a Summary of Axium Reporting for your company, or if you have questions, please contact us by email at axiumhelp@sagph.org, or by phone at (818) 953-2530.
